Hello! I’m Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) dedicated to creating an authentic, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Life throws curveballs, and feeling lost or overwhelmed can be scary—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Real connection and meaningful change begin with genuine, compassionate support.

I provide trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy for teens and adults. As an inclusive therapist, I help clients navigate:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Emotional Trauma & PTSD

  • Life Transitions & Relationship Changes

  • Co-Parenting Challenges

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and person-centered. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor care to your unique goals. I balance deep emotional work with warmth, humanity, and humor - because sometimes laughing through the chaos is part of healing (and yes, cursing is always welcome).

Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom of three, a cat lover, and a steady coffee drinker who understands real-life chaos firsthand.

Whether you're seeking anxiety relief, trauma recovery, or guidance through a tough transition, my goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported on your path toward peace.

What I Offer

How I Work

My therapy approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered - creating a safe space where you can show up authentically.

I provide trauma-informed care tailored to your unique goals, integrating evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Our work balances practical skill-building with deep emotional healing. Sessions may focus on:

  • Managing anxiety & setting boundaries (yes, even with that person)

  • Stopping late-night overthinking and navigating tough conversations

  • Unpacking old patterns & trauma to foster long-term growth

We take it step by step to find strategies that actually work for your real life.

Who I Work With

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel like life has gotten a bit heavy or complicated. Whether that’s anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, relationship changes, co-parenting stress, or those life transitions that leave you wondering, “How did I end up here?”

Sometimes people also find themselves stuck in patterns they can see but can’t quite break out of yet. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone in it.

I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space that feels affirming, inclusive, and genuinely safe to be yourself. No matter where you are in your story, you deserve to feel seen, respected, and supported, not judged or dismissed.

What It's Like To Work Together

Expect a warm, practical, and nonjudgmental space. I show up as a real person - meaning we can sit with tough emotions, tackle hard conversations, and still find room for lightness and humor. Healing doesn't have to be overly formal.

Our sessions balance meaningful emotional work with practical skill-building to help you feel grounded, clear, and empowered.

What you can count on in our sessions:

  • Authentic, real-talk support (steady coffee and occasional cat cameos included)

  • A healthy mix of humor and depth to lighten the weight of overwhelming moments

  • An affirming space where you can be fully yourself—awkward moments, hard truths, and all

If you're looking for honest connection and practical guidance to navigate life's chaos, you don't have to do it alone.
