Childhood Trauma
As children we learn many messages about how the world works and what our place in the world looks like; sometimes we must challenge these messages. These messages often stem from our families and generational traumas.
Religious Trauma
Exploring the impact of religious trauma on current wellness and functioning is vital for many people to flourish. This often includes deconstructing and challenging the effects of purity culture.
Neurodivergence
Those who experience neurodivergence recognize that we often exist in a world that wasn't designed with us in mind. Navigating this can lead to a more fruitful future that includes challenging some of the internal stigmas we might carry.

Therapy
I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been carrying heavy things on your own for a while. My hope is that this space feels open, grounding, and human — a place where you can ask questions, take your time, and show up exactly as you are.

Supervisions
My goal as a supervisor is to provide a secure, non-judgmental space where you can move beyond "textbook" therapy and find your authentic voice as a clinician.
