I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “And how does that make you feel?” I’m here to be real with you — sometimes with humor, sometimes with a bit of gentle sarcasm, and always with honesty and compassion.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, to carry beliefs that no longer fit, or to constantly wonder why the same things keep happening. I’ve sat in that space myself — the messy, confusing middle where you’re trying to grow but not sure what that even means yet.

My work is about helping you find your way through that space.

Outside of sessions, I’m probably hanging out with my dogs, chasing down good coffee, or getting lost in music and art. I believe in the healing power of creativity, connection, and finding small, beautiful moments even in the middle of hard things.

I’m Stephanie Weikle, MS, LCMHC (she/her)

What I Offer

How I Work

I take a trauma-informed, no-judgment approach that blends inner child work, parts work (IFS-inspired), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a lot of plain old real talk. I’ll challenge you when you need it and sit quietly with you when things get heavy.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished story when you show up. You just need to be willing to be honest — even if that honesty sounds like, “I don’t know where to start.”

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are tired of pretending everything’s fine when it isn’t — people unpacking religious trauma, childhood wounds, ADHD struggles, or that deep sense of “I should be further along by now.”

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from yourself, burnt out from being “the strong one,” or frustrated that your brain doesn’t seem to work like everyone else’s — you’re in the right place.

What It's Like To Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative, casual, and deeply human. I’ll hold space for your story, but I’ll also help you look at it with new eyes. We’ll explore how old patterns show up in your present life and experiment with new ways of being — not overnight fixes, but slow, steady healing that actually sticks.

You can expect equal parts depth and humor, reflection and realness. We’ll laugh sometimes, cry sometimes, and slowly build a relationship that helps you feel safe enough to change.

If You're Ready

If therapy has been on your mind — even if you’re not sure what to say or where to start — I’d love to meet you where you are.

You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, no commitment — just a real conversation.
